Codes of Practice
It is our aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. We believe that it is important for you to know what levels of service you can expect from us and that we work to the standards described in this section. Our Codes of Practice, have been prepared in consultation with Consumer Focus and approved by the regulator Ofgem (Office of Gas and Electricity Markets).
The purpose of the Codes of Practice is to supply information on the following:
- Contacting us
- Caring for customers with special needs
- Managing supply interruptions
- Visiting your home
- Complaints handling and customer satisfaction
