We are excited to announce that we are live with our new telecoms operating model, signalling a pivotal moment for our telecoms operations.
The new operating model transforms the way telecoms services are delivered within SP Energy bringing enhanced network visibility and control, ensuring customer service excellence, enhancing network resilience, scalability, and delivering our commitment to Net Zero objectives.
This transformation programme has encompassed executing significant change in our internal operating model including the stand up of new internal functions and end to end process redesign.
With this change, we are pleased to welcome four new partner organisations supporting telecoms operations and capital programme delivery. We are excited to invite our new partners onboard and we look forward to collectively driving benefits for the business.

"We’re thrilled to welcome new partners on board as we embark on a transformative journey in telecoms management. This strategic shift marks a new era—moving from a single supplier to a dynamic, multi-contractor model that strengthens control, and drives innovation across our telecoms network.
By working with four different contractors across licenses and disciplines, we’re building a modern, standardised, and increasingly private infrastructure that prioritises resilience and redundancy. This is an exciting step forward, and we’re eager to see the incredible impact this will have for our customers and communities."
