Codes of Practice

At SP Energy Networks, we always try to deliver exceptional service to all of our customers. Our Codes of Practice detail the standards you can expect from us as an electrical distributer. They have been compiled in consultation with Consumer Focus and approved by the regulator Ofgem (Office of Gas and Electricity Markets).

The purpose of the Codes of Practice is to supply information on the following:
