Our Priority Services Register (PSR) is for customers who are more vulnerable in a power cut. Being included on our register will help us to make sure that customers are given extra help during a power cut. Anyone who may be considered vulnerable can be added and some of these vulnerabilities might include:

• Over the age of 60
• Dependent on electricity for home or medical care
• Have communication needs
• Suffering from a chronic illness
• Families and parents with children under the age of 5

Being on our register won't mean we can restore your power more quickly, however, we will try to proactively contact you during a power cut in your area. We'll keep in touch with regular updates during a power cut and, if necessary, we can work with external agencies who may be able to assist. There is no charge for being on our register.
