Incentive on Connections Engagement (ICE) Submission

The needs of large, commercial connection customers can be different to the needs of smaller, domestic connections customers. To address this, Ofgem introduced ICE (Incentive on Connections Engagement) which ensures that Distribution Network Operators (such as SP Energy Networks) continually listen, adapt and change to meet the needs of this type of customer.

We are pleased to publish our Incentives on Connections Engagement (ICE) draft Looking Forward Actions for 2019/20. We have prepared 14 draft Looking Forward Actions based on valued feedback from our stakeholders and customers on areas of continuous improvement and emerging issues from low carbon technologies.
