We are proposing to put the electrical circuit underground for 1.2 kilometres between Oswestry substation and Round Wood. From Round Wood to Wem substation, we’re proposing approximately 21 kilometres of wood pole Trident line with an average height of 12 metres.

Following the close of our consultation, we’ll review our proposals in light of the feedback we’ve received. Using these comments, and our own further assessments, we’ll then develop the final design for the proposed development.
