The Final Determination follows Ofgem's Draft Determination in July 2025 - click here to view our Draft Determination response documents.
We expect to receive Ofgem’s statutory licence consultation for RIIO-T3 shortly and will provide a full response in mid-January. The RIIO-T3 License Period will begin on 1 April 2026.
