Storm Isha Compensation
We are currently undertaking a full analysis of Storm Isha, in line with the UK Energy Regulator, Ofgem’s Guaranteed Standards of Performance covering Severe Weather Exceptional Events. After initial analysis we believe that this will reach the threshold for a Category 2 storm, indicating compensation is due to a small number of customers who were without supply for more than 48 hours continuously.
Therefore, along with reimbursement of hot food, we will pro-actively contact and compensate customers that meet the above criteria.
