Here at SP Energy Networks, we know how difficult it is for anybody during a power cut but in particular we recognise how especially worrying it must be if you rely on electricity for medical equipment, or have other special needs.

That’s why we keep a Priority Services Register so that we can contact our most vulnerable customers if they do experience a power cut. It's free to join and there are no additional charges associated with this service.

Complete the Priority Services registration form today if you would like to join our Priority Services Register or call us on 0330 10 10 444.

Being on our register won't necessarily mean we can restore your power more quickly, but we will do everything we can to make sure you have the support you need.

Sign up to the register and we'll keep you informed with regular updates too and, if necessary, we can work with external agencies who may be able to assist.

Passwords

If you want extra security, we can agree a password with you. We will then use this password if we need to call on you.

Any member of our staff who has to visit your home will also have to give this password to prove they are genuine. If you are ever in any doubt, don't let the person in.
