That’s why I am proud to share highlights from our latest Just Transition Report, which reflects the real, measurable progress we’re making to embed fairness, transparency and accountability across our operations. From supporting vulnerable customers to empowering communities and strengthening our supply chain with inclusive practices.

As a senior leader, I am energised by the bold steps we’re taking to ensure that no one is left behind on the journey to Net Zero because a truly sustainable energy future must also be an equitable one.

We know that delivering a fair and inclusive energy transition isn’t something we do to communities - it’s something we do with them. That’s why stakeholder engagement sits at the heart of our approach. Through open dialogue, collaborative workshops, and ongoing consultation, we’ve gathered invaluable feedback that’s helping shape our strategy. One of the most notable outcomes from this feedback this year is the development of dedicated Just Transition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These metrics, aligned with our four core principles, enable us to measure progress across areas such as:
